Maybe blend the edge of the smoky eye a little more. But other than that it looks classy, fun and sophisticated. I think it's great.

It looks really nice on you :), but try a little bit harder with the eye liner! and I would't recomend it for an interview, it should be something more natural, if not it looks as though you are trying too much or something. you are so pretty by the way :)
