Sephora has great brushes, if you don't have a price range then I would get a set from them. I personally don't like Real Techniques brushes. I am currently using a set from BH Cosmetics and I love them!

I am using an older set from BH that they no longer sell, but I bought it based on what type of brushes I needed or would use the most. Same thing with the Sephora Brush Set's because some sets have or don't have what brushes I would use the most. I do recommend any of their "Pro" Brushes or their sets depending on what you are looking for. The Dual Action, Prestige, Tools of The Trade, and the Advanced Airbrush Set would all be great choices. I always check out the reviews though on their before to see what would be the best for you. Everyone also raves of Max and Sigma Brushes but I have never tried them because of the price.

Sigma!! I love every single one of mine. I just ordered the Premium and Precision kits. I'm so excited. I like their e15 (flat definer) for gel eyeliner, and the f80 (flat top kabuki) is second to only my Beauty Blender when it comes to foundation application. A new love of mine is the MAC 163 brush, which kind of reminds me of a former version of the coveted, but now unavailable, NARS Ita brush.

Crown makes some good brushes that HauteLook keeps running great deals on.
