What can help get rid of them amd this redness?

I'd just exfoliate. It helps a lot! If you already exfoliate, an ice facial would definitely help. Lots of tutorials on YouTube, and you only need one or two ice cubes. It brightens the skin, minimizes breakouts and gets rid of redness.

Use African Black soap (Target) (morning and night) just the soap and use a Toner, preferably Witch Hazel from Wal-Mart (at night after you wash your face), then dot some Tea tree oil (Trader Joes) (after Toner) on the breakouts you definitely want to get rid of!
use Freeman's Avocado & Oatmeal Clay Mask (CVS) twice a week by using lukewarm water to open your pores and then apply to wet skin as you let it dry for up to 10 mins and wash off with lukewarm water and just mosturize with a non-comedogenic lotion such as CeraVe (Target).

Use the toner at night only if you wore makeup that day :3. If you didn't, then just wash your face and use Tea Tree oil on necessary breakouts then mosturize a bit after applying the Tea Tree Oil, so about 15 mins after :3.
