Makeup to go with dress?

Hi Everyone - I have to attend a wedding in Newport Beach ca. I am wearing the dress in the photo (it's a black tie & a Persian wedding). The dress is beautiful on (the picture doesn't do it justice) it's silk and has a small train. I was wondering what makeup, specifically eye makeup, to do? The wedding is at 5:30 on a hotel lawn followed by reception. One thing I don't do: fake eyelashes and we're all in our late 30's if that makes a difference. :) thanks!!

Oh and any lip color suggestions! The rest of my face is medium 5.0 Urban Decay foundation, bronzer & just Dewey Tarte check stain. :)

I am no expert though, still sharing some idea :)
because the color of the dress is so vibrant, I will go with simple makeup look. Maybe some neutral gradient look with colors like naked original...? and a beautiful winged liner. :)

Btw I love the colors in the dress. blue n yellow is my new fav color combo :)
