I posted some prom tips and looks here http://skindeepbeautifulx.blogspot.co.uk/?m=1 but for this dress, I would do hair up in a messy bun, maybe with plaits running trough it. Minimal jewellery. And either a black winged eyeliner or a light, nude smoky eye. I feel like the dress is so beautiful and completely different to most prom dresses. Don't try and compete with the dress with your makeup look. The eye look Hailey P posted with a pink lip would be perfect in my opinion.
