The color of your mascara (: unless you're going for a colorful eye then purple looks good with brown eyes but personally I always wear black lol.

Blue colors make brown eyes pop! So I'd say blue (: Just like when you have green eyes, purples make them pop, and browns make blue eyes pop :)

Lately I've been wearing black on top, and putting white on my waterline and it brings out my brown eyes soo much! :)
