^yeah that's probably the only way to get rid of it. I'd probably just put a lot of moisturiser under my eyes before I go to sleep and then more when I wake up:)

I did have dry under eyes but it was because of my acne and my doctor said to use a gentle moisturizer on the area.

That's happened to me before. I went to the dermatologist and it turned out I was actually allergic to something. be careful about what you plan to put on. if it continues for more than a week I suggest you get it checked out.

I used to always have dry eyes. Algenist Eye Balm alternated with Jojoba or Sweet Almond Oil keep my eyes smooth and hydrated. Your primer/concealer or foundation may also be adding to dryness. I'd avoid powder in the area at this juncture.
