I say use bb cream it gives a perfect light coverage and some mascara and eyeliner and tinted lip balm or a lipstick and you're good to go, you could add a little blush on the apples of your cheeks if you'd like (:

Keep it simple at first, then change the routine to how you like, try out different products for brows/contour/highlight as you get better. :)
-BB/CC cream if you don't need much coverage. There's sheer ones and also medium coverage ones. Some can be builable. It'll feel light yet will even out your skin tone! Loreal,Smashbox,Bobbi brown etc.has some good ones!
-Concealer,only if you need. They can be sheer, medium or full coverage.Hard candy,MAC,Rimmel,Bobbi Brown etc!
-Mascara.Maybelline,Loreal,Rimmel,Covergirl etc!
-Eyeliner.Start off with a pencil liner! You can also try out liquid if your interested.Maybelline,Urban Decay,Mac,Stila,Loreal etc
-Lipstain/Lipbalm/Lipstick.Nars,Victorias Secret,Mac,Loreal,Maybelline etc!
And maybe a bit of blush for color.Maybelline,Benefit,Mac,Bobbi Brown,Loreal etc :)
