Is it bad if I use a facial scrub everyday? I use st. ives apricot scrub everyday since I tried using cetaphil not long ago and it just makes my skin itchy. so is it bad to use facial scrub everyday? it is the only thing that I wash my face nowadays.

It can depending in what type your skin is. If your skin is sensitive it would be to harsh. If you wear foundation and all I that jazz it would be good to maybe use it everyday only if your pores feel gunked. But a scrub is really recommended for 1-2 times a week. You should really use a gentle cleanser everyday and the scrub only when you feel you pores need to be releaved from all of the funk that's built up.

Like makayla said it depends on your skin type. Oily skin should use it more often than dry skin. You shouldn't really use it everyday, if you have oily skin I would say do it every two days and if you have dry skin I would say only do it once or twice a week. :)

You shouldn't use scrubs daily. They can be a bit too abrasive over time. Twice a week is more than adequate.

Treat your skin more sensitive than your think. Treat it like a baby's skin because your don't want to stretch the skin and lose the natural collagen and create wrinkles early on. It depends on the type of scrub but I do mine once a week with baking soda because it is fine and gentle. If your get the right skincare you won't need to use a scrub everyday. The most I would use a scrub ever is every other day.
