Try putting a bit of shimmering eyeshadow in your corners I use to have the same problem and this helped 😘

Shimmering eyeshadow in the corners, dark winged eyeliner, blue makes them stand out but blue eyeshadow is really hard to make look good.

A nude or white liner on your lower water line will give the appearance of bigger and brighter eyes.
