I know you said you're always in a rush, but the bubbles are caused by not waiting long enough for it to dry before coats. 10 minutes between coats is usually enough time, if it's not a thick coat. Try thinner coats and wait 10 minutes. :) I know it's a pain in the ass, but it's worth it. You can also find ways of speeding up like ice water.

Ice water sounds like a great idea, will definitely try it next time. I figured maybe it was because I skipped the base coat- again because I didnt want to wait for it to dry lol Thanks Alyx!

Lol no problem, I'm impatient too. :p but yeah, ice water for 3-4 minutes usually does it!

Ice water works well! dip your nails in I've water for about 30-45 seconds. maybe a minute(:
