Just use deep conditioner and leave it in for ten minutes after you've dyed it also it does suit you but you may regret it only because it's such a difference other than that it looks pretty

I would ombré first then cut it so you'll get the bleach damaged ends off
And I think the short ombré hair will really look good on you
