Would sleeping in a French braid be a good way to get overnight waves?

Yes, but it's best when your hair is damp, then use a mouse/hairspray to keep the waves in longer.

Yeah:) it works best on slightly damp hair. It could crimp your hair if it's too wet when you braid it.

I think yes:) it doesn't work so well on my hair when it's damp, so male sure yours is not fully wet bc it will neeever dry but make sure it's a little more than damp I would say and make your braid a little tight:)

That's how I always do my hair!
French braid it when it's *damp* not wet the night before and when you wake up unbraid it and scrunch it with some product (if you want messy curls) 😊

I usually towel dry it a little bit so there isnt a lot of water dripping from my hair just so its damp and then I put herbal essences totally twisted moouse in and then put it in a messy bun. When you open the messy bun either in a few hours or the next day you will have curly waves.
