So around the roots of my hair, there's tons of tiny, broken hairs. I have thick hair and now it seems thinner because of this. How do I fix it and keep my hair healthy?

I know this is a very unknown tip, but I learned from AndreasChoice, a youtube beauty guru, and I swear it works. When you shampoo your hair, rub the shampoo in between your palms so that it suds up (maybe even add a little water so it suds faster). Then you put the shampoo in your hair. By doing this you don't have to suds up the shampoo while it's on your hair, which causes a lot of friction leading to flyaways and breakage. Also, when shampooing don't rub your head, instead use your fingertips and massage deep into your scalp in small circular motion.
