I mean dyes contains chimicals products that can damage your hair , amonia does so make sure that when you dye it , do a deep conditionner :)

You should get dye that has a lot of moisturising oils, so your hair doesn't get dry or damaged.

I use tresemee for silk hair and sometimes wella for smooth hair if I want to do a mask and deep condition for my hair.

No, that's completely false. Your hair will grow, but bleaches make it more prone to damage. Which means that the hair is more likely to break off. You just need to take extra care of it. Using less heat on it and things.

I agree with not using tresemme if you're dying your hair, it always strips my hair of dye because it seems to like deep clean it haha. I'd go for something from the fructis line (garnier) their conditioners are nice and seem to make my hair smoother for longer. I've dyed my hair constantly for like 5 years and I still have hair so no, it won't stop growing :) my hair still grows super quickly and I hate it so I don't think one dye is going to overly damage your hair at all. Just look after it the way you normally would or buy shampoos and conditioners for coloured hair :)

You could even dye it with lemon juice if you wanted it lighter.
