I want to start right lining because I'm not ready to start doing full/real eyeliner. But I tried to do it with a covergirl twist up pencil thing and after about 1 hour it was all over my eye:( so my question is what are the best formulas for right lining? And what are the easiest methods for doing it?
Thanks so much!

Definitely the urban decay 24/7 pencil liners. Those things do not budge at all! You want to find a waterproof formula because your eye is wet.

Surprisingly, gel liner works really well. Pencil moves around a lot in my experience. Any water proof liner should be good, though.

I agree with the gel liner :) just be careful when using waterproof liner on your tight/waterline as cheaper ones can potentially dry out and irritate the eyes.

I have the problem of it transferring to my waterline. Try a gel liner and do one layer, then wait and do another layer to help it keep the colour :)
