I've heard good things about NARS Albatross (I think it's called), but I personally use & love my Benefit Watts Up illuminator! I apply it to my cheek bones & brow bones & then blend it out with my Beauty Blender & fingers. it gives me really nice, natural, dewy, glowy look.

Tip 1: for long lasting highlights, I use High Beam first or What's Up then apply Soft And Gentle. On my photos with flash it shows up really nicely.
Tip 2: to use Mary-Louminizer, one slight dip is enough. It's so pigmented. Amazing on any skin tones.

You could try the sleek contour kit, it comes with a contour and highlight. you could try the Revlon skin lights (this is a liquid highlighter). MUA do a really cheap highlighter also, its like?3. I think 17 at boots also do a few highlighters.

The Balm Mary Loumanizer, LORAC Perfectly Lit Oil Free Luminizer, BECCA Shimmer Skin Perfector, Pressed and Physicians Formula Mineral Glow Pearls palette in Translucent (blue based as opposed to gold based). High Beam is OK and thats pink/blue based. I also like to mix ELF's Shimmering Facial Whips into my foundation for a beautiful glow for cheap! <3
