There is no way to mend split ends. they NEED to be trimmed off. ask your dr or pharmacist if you can take prenatals and take a list of any meds you are taking. massage your scalp since that stimulates circulation that will help with hair growth. if none of that works, you might have to see a dermatologist so he or she can evaluate your scalp. do you eat fruits and vegetables!? that helps along with a diet high in protein.
