Can gel nails be done with gel powder? Or is the gel always a liquid? I've told my nail women I want gel, since acrylic lifts on me. At my last fill I had a bunch of lifting, does gel lift?

My gel nails were always a powder that I had put over tips. But I would always have some lifting here and there.
