What's the best eye liner for your water line? My eyes water and smear it in no time. And has anyone tried the Wet N Wild gel liner? If so, please let me know if its worth buying or not.

I bought the wnw gel. It's okay. It's not going to break your wallet to try. It's not the greatest gel. It dried out on the quick. But it wasn't bad.
