White eyeliner is great! Not just for liner, but for many other things too. You can use it as an eyeshadow base... That is only if it's a pencil or has a creamy consistency. You can use it to brighten the inner corners of your eye, and you can also use it on the lower lash line to open your eyes and make you look more awake! White eyeliner is such a trend right now, and you can even use it on Fourth of July... red white and blue! Try playing with it and creating different looks. One last option you can do is mix it in with a lip color and make it a shade or two lighter. Customize your own makeup collection! Hope that helps.

I use mac chromaline paint in white just in corners of eyes to brighten
