Yes I think dark red/plum would look amazing on you, and I wouldn't dye your eyebrows, because they're so dark they will work well with dark red hair, I've done my hair that colour a few times and I've never dyed my brows and they always look fine :-)

I really do like your hair as it is now, dark hair suits you beautifully. maybe a red violet if you're absolutely stuck on red(: just know it's a lot of upkeep and it's very very difficult to remove red tones from your hair if you decide to change your color. I went back to black and red is always popping through 2 weeks from coloring. good luck and make sure to post pics if you do!
