I think it really suits you..and about the eyr makeup...it should not be bright...some dull color...odr wise it may look too much..as d main attention goes to the lip clr..

You Can put dramatic eye make up and it will still look great, You don't neet to go neutral an the eyes and bold on the lips, Its up to how you like it.
