Collection Lasting perfection concealer! If you can get your hands on this - do it. It's super cheap and I think it covers dark circles even better than some of my high end concealers! It's also perfect for covering up blemishes.

I really really like Mac's prolong wear concealer. It really covers the dark circles and its great to use as a under eye highlight. Unfortunately my skin isn't sensitive, so I can't really recommend it for sensitive skin. However, the moderators have countless expertise or knowledge on different types of skins and products, so I would suggest asking a moderator on their profile.
