My all time favorite mascara is maybelline the rocket. It adds a lot of volume without clumps. The only downside is that it's hard to remove. For lippies, you can't go wrong with revlon. They're lipsticks, glosses, lip butters, chubby sticks, and everything else I've tried from them are great, and they have a huge color selection. And the eyeliner that I swear by is the maybelline gel liner in blackest black. It's very full color, easy to apply, and lasts all day. Hope this helped!

Hard candy mascaras are bomb! Lash weave is good for a natural look, and ginormous lash amps up your lashes.
Lippies I'm not too picky on but glosses I think are sadly being ignored. Eyeliners... Hard candy and elf liquid liners are amazing for such a cheap price.

For mascara the Jordana Best lash extreme volumizing mascara. And it's only like $3!
Best lippie brand I like is the Revlon lip butters, or the Loreal color riche lipsticks!

I'm in love with my Jordana Best Lash Extreme! My favorite lip products are baby lips (if you're looking for a balm) and anything revlon or the Kate Moss Rimmel collection and Avon has a nice selection of eyeliners as well as Jordana.
