I think it's a bit tricky to do on hooded eyes.. it never looks perfect anyway. My mom loves it when I do it on her, but after a while you just can't see the wing anymore because of the excess skin!

I would say not everyone can pull it off it depends on the persons eye shape and also there facial features. On me personally I think it looks horrible! It does nothing for me at all!

I think it looks good on everyone if done correctly! Going off your pictures you've got slightly down-turned almond shaped eyes so winged liner is perfect for you to make them look bigger/more open :) I think it looks great in the picture you have with winged liner!

No. I've worked with some people's eyelids who have creases that are too deep, therefore drawing when the wing it just gets lost.

Personally I don't think so, my eyes look TERRIBlE with winged liner, makes my eyes look tacky rather than cute so I tend to stay away from liner. :)
