My nails use grow very long & were strong. In just a few months they have become weak, peel easily, chip, & split. What products & supplements do u recommend. I do not wear acrylics, gels,  etc.

My nails aren't really that strong but I found this really great nail polish from Sally Hansen. Its less than $10. Its called Sally Hansen Triple Strong. It is in a green container and you only have to apply it every 3 days per week
