Thanks for the advice everyone, so I've noticed that we all have a thing for skirts, am I correct? I do have a few skirts but sadly none like those :(

Thanks Janelle A.!! Got that top at Burlington on Sunday! I'm thinking about wearing that top..I'm not sure what kind of pants to wear. Not sure if a skirt would go okay with it. Maybe black capris or black skinny jeans?

Final decision on outfit is the shirt in my pic, black jeans, black flats, loose waves made with braids, my music necklace, a gold bracelet, and I'll put mascara on if I can get some.
