Okayy so rubbing alchohol can remove a good bit of excess oil from your face that's the biggest thing you can do is try to keep your face dry to prevent any more redness and I pop my acne and it seems to help to just do it with a needle because it will not break your skin as bad.

Please don't use alcohol or pop anything with a needle,if you have a clay mask and tee tree oil you can do the mask and dilute the tee tree oil and use it as a toner ,but it takes time for acne to go away it has to run it's course ,and no home remedies are going to make them just disappear hun a oatmeal mask can help with the inflammation and redness thou.

I use witch hazel as a toner and it clears my skin up pretty quickly.

1/3 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar, Witch Hazel and Distilled water
1 generous tsp of Thyme
let the thyme steep over night or just leave it in any that gets on the skin will brush right off when dry.
Apply like a toner, Thyme kills bacteria like crazy (5 times more than benzoyl peroxide without the irritation) honestly making thyme water to apply to your face will even work if you don't have the other ingredients. Use this water to prepare face masks, as a toner etc.
