Hello! I'm in the UK too, about an hour out of London! We don't have Macys or Old Navy in London:\ like Shannon said, I've seen loads in River Island, and some in H&M and New Look:) I'm sure Primark will do them too.

You can always wear capris, which look fabulous with heels, Vans, sandals, etc. and can be dressed up or down. They fall just below the knee.
