I don't use the one you have I use the plain one. it is used for horse but also good for human hair , some sat its really damaging I used it two years ago and neva had a problem so did some of my friends.

No, it has waxes in it to protect horses hair and it'll just weigh your hair down causing it to appear longer, but making it harder to have any volume, harder to hold hair styles, harder to stay curled, it'll have tons of build up and it'll dry your hair out so much that a lot of people have had hair just snap off at the end because of the shampoo. Please don't use it, it does lots of harm and isn't worth the half an inch longer it makes your hair appear.

I'm sure you can return it, most stores are pretty good about that. :)
But I know how you feel. I used to buy the herbal essence "long hair hero" or whatever it was called and it claimed to grow hair up to 15 times faster. It didn't lol. It just made my hair dry and gave me split ends

I know that it is for horses cos I use it both on my hair and my horses!!
It is very thick and should be used only as a treatment wash not on a regular product. It will DEFINATELY make your hair a lot more conditioned. I hope you trust my opinion considering I use it hahah x

It's actually not only meant for horses at this point- it's sold at walmart and other drugstores for humans to buy! I'd say don't get the special formula ones just get the regular original ones. They seem to take a few weeks but it helped my hair, which is super long and prone to split ends!

I ordered it from Amazon and it's a pain sending things back through mail, and it's probably not worth the money... otherwise if I bought it myself from a store I would've definitely returned it.
yeah I hate when I buy things with high expectations then I get put down 👎.

Just because it's sold at Walmart doesn't mean it's good for you. Walmart sells tons of hair products that aren't good.
The ingredients in mane n tail are not good for your hair at all. Your hair and horse hair are not the same thing, they need different products. You're better off buying a sulfate and silicone free shampoo and conditioner like the loreal ever line or some of the organix line.

Ah okay I've made up my mind that I'm not taking the risk of using it, I'll do natural home made masks and just have patience, I can't get results in a day. I appreciate it Alyx ☺️👍

Hi @haifa I use it maybe once a fortnight or even once a month it really is amazing it is not just for horses although that is mainly what people use it for well I do anyway
It can send your hair oily if you use it to much make sure you don't use it as a leave in product
Make sure that when reading peoples comments you take into consideration hair types xx

Hey I was the same as you and brought it because of hearing good things I used it for about a month maybe twice a week and a conditioning treatment. no hear but hair dryer odd times and mt hair grew loads but I think if you over use it it can damage your hair x
