I use it and it took about 2 days to show a small difference and after about 4-5 days it made me tan. I only use it on my legs so that they match the rest of my body. I now use it every 3 days to keep up the color.

I used this all of last summer and enjoyed it, finding the foam to be easiest for even application. I initially bought medium although I am pale, but did so on accident. My pale skin was not a good pair for medium and I felt the color looked unnatural and streaked easily. I exfoliated and let it fade, starting over again with the one intended for light and in three days I had a warm, natural tone that was easy to sustain by staying moisturized. I also used their face lotion to self-tan.
