I've been getting very bad dry skin underneath my eyes, nose, eyebrows,t zone.
What tips do you have to help this? I used clean and clear in shower facial, felt awesome after I got out. Few hours later I felt my face and boom still dry. Help? Also I'm on a limited budget so no high end product suggestions please.

Increase your omega and water intake perhaps? Chronic dryness usually means your lacking from the inside, if not try sleeping with a humidifier next to you, especially in the winter we tend to dry out our rooms to keep us warm

Exfoliate! You can make you own "exfoliating scrub" by mixing sugar and olive oil and and rubbing it on you skin it helps remove dead skin cells encouraging new skin to grow! Also drink 8 cups of water each day to keep your skin & hair hydrated!
