I would suggest to use a face brush or blush brush. Just dab the brush in the shimmer a little and then put a small amount on where you want to apply it. Then take a different brush that doesn't have the glitter on so you can spread out the glitter. Idk that's what I do.

If you want to use it on your body try putting in a line down your shins to elongate your legs, and put a tiny bit on your collarbones. Anywhere you want to draw attention to really, if you feel like you have too much on try dusting it off with a dry cloth.
