The best way to get rid of them is to deep clean them - for me the oil cleansing method works really well to suck out all the dirt n oil in the pores - but you can also try exfoliating products and a deep cleansing pore reducing toner.

Mix baking soda and water and leave it on the effected area until it feels kinda like powder. only about 4 min. it's super easy but it is not immediate effects.

Exfoliating using Alpha hydroxy acid products and you can also try a sonic cleansing brush like the clarisonic or the luna
