Anytime of scar cream would help to a degree I think. Bio oil could be worth trying and I find pond's face moisturizer minimizes scars (just me personally so no guarantees). Ice and time too.

I wouldn't recommend putting neosporin on a burn mark right away because it contains petroleum, which seals up the skin. This is what really helps neosporin treat cuts because it creates a protective barrier on the skin. However, with a burn, the barrier will trap the heat resulting in a longer healing time and a worse scar :) If you can, try using an Arnica cream (or another ointment made specifically for burns). These ointments heal the burn while allowing the hot air to escape. When the burn is 24 hours old, then its safe to use Neosporin (which I would recommend to fade scarring). If you're acne prone, bio oil has mineral oil and may break you out (in case that's a concern). A towel dipped in cool water will also help but please refrain from putting ice on the burn because the contrasting temperatures will shock the skin. That looks painful, I really really hope you feel better! I hope I helped :)

Any local health food store has it! :) or if you don't have one close by Walmart or a drug store will have a burn cream (most contain arnica in them) :) good luck!

I agree with Anupa...but also with aloe vera straight from the tree... my dad had 3rd degree burns and he used this I'd (like to call it) miricle plant and healed nicely with no scars.

In my first aid class they said polysporin for burns (not the regular) and ice it. thats the recommended way to heal it.
