How long does it take for the hair on your legs to grow back after shaving?
May 24, 2014
Hannah K.
That depends upon the person, how often you shave, and genetics (some people just have faster growing hair than others).

Mine usually get prickly by the second or third day!

Sadly for me when I was shaving it was only 1 or 2 days til I was prickly again. Now that I use an epilator though my legs stay stubble free for about 2 or 3 weeks!

Depends on the person, mine takes less than a day to grow back.

Gosh, talking about it makes me sad lol mine lasts til the end of the day if I shave in the morning. Shaving is forever an infinite chore!!
On that note, I read above that one person uses an epilator...who can be honest and tell me if it hurts? I'm a wimp.

Hmm? I never heard of an Epilator. I mean I know what it is , but don't know how to use it or what it look like. And mine grow back within a week.

I use an epilator and honestly the first couple times hurt, but imo it hurt less than waxing. I am totally used to it now and it only hurts a little when I use it on my underarms because that area is so sensitive. My legs it doesn't hurt at all anymore, I've been using it since Christmas so almost 6 monthes.

Oh I also usually take a long shower or bath prior to epilating to soften the hair and this helps make it less painful for me.

It depends on how often you shave. mine comes back in about two days, but in the beginning, it would take a week, give or take.
