I use a cheap generic spin brush that was around $10 at the drug store. It only spins though, no pulsing like the clarisonic. I do feel like it helps to clean my skin a lot better than using my hands alone, but I wouldn't really call it a dupe. Hope you find something that works for you!

They do make a sonic cleansing brush at Wal-Mart it's not going to be as good as the clarisonic but it does offer sonic technology to clean your face and it does work my friend has it.

Revlon has one as well. It's sold at ulta. Don't think it has sonic technology though.

Conair has a good one. Ulta and target have it...I picked it up for $70. It beeps every 10 seconds when you are supposed to move to a different spot on your face so you don't over scrub. Works great and comes with another scrubbing head for your body as well.
