I use a cheap generic spin brush that was around $10 at the drug store. It only spins though, no pulsing like the clarisonic. I do feel like it helps to clean my skin a lot better than using my hands alone, but I wouldn't really call it a dupe. Hope you find something that works for you!

Revlon has one as well. It's sold at ulta. Don't think it has sonic technology though.

Conair has a good one. Ulta and target have it...I picked it up for $70. It beeps every 10 seconds when you are supposed to move to a different spot on your face so you don't over scrub. Works great and comes with another scrubbing head for your body as well.
