The first pic isn't an ash brown, so I'm uncertain of the desired look, but I'd hit up a reputable salon. I do my hair like the first pic all winter. No easy feat..lol

So your inspiration pic is actually an ash blonde ombré.
If you have dark hair you'll need to bleach it to strip it out.
