Bright colored tee, it ought to be a little figure hugging. Or white tight tee with a colorful scarf. Hope this helped :-)

^^ she said she can't wear crop tops! I agree with June. Wear a bright colored tee, or maybe even gray, with a scarf that has a design (or it'll be a bit dull lol). With outfits like this, either the skirt, or the scarf should have a design, and in this case it's not the skirt, so if you have a good scarf, it would be really cute! I suggest you do a messy bun and wear some sandals :)

I would wear a scarf but I live in florida so its way to hot to wear lol...and I would totally wear a tank like you girls are saying but I'm not aloud to :(
