So I have super straight lashes that uncurl from steam in a shower and I am going to a pool party but I would like my eyelashes to stay curled and I really don't want raccoon eyes either...
I have tried many different mascaras and the bareminerals waterproof lash coat which helps the slightest bit...

For a pool party, maybe look into a clear mascara?
It'll help with the 'coon eyes at least.
I've never been able to find a mascara that can fully stand up to water :( most waterproofs that I've tried are too dry and flakey.

I know people say vaseline's bad for your eyes, but when I used to do swimming I used to curl my lashes and put Vaseline on them, they'd stay curled the whole practice, even when we took our goggles off :) it's water resistant since its kind of an oily substance so its works great!! :)

Try the rocket by mabelline in waterproof...it holds curl amazingly and doesn't budge! Also not clumpy!! :)

If you don't want coon eyes tubeing mascara is the best, it won't smear or flake at all! blinc is the best I have found but two faced lash injection is pretty good too!

In France I did a lashe permanent I don't know if it existe in your country or if they call it like that but it's a process to do at the institute and it curl your lashes for 6weeks
