How do you heat up the oil? I've heard people say that heating it in the microwave makes the oil lose all the benefits. But what about putting the oil in your hair, covering it with a shower cap, then using a blow dryer over it? Would that destroy all the benefits too?

Well sheeeeeit I've been putting it in the microwave :(
