Get the nail polish remover where you just dip your nails in and the nail polish comes off!

I've seen people put tape and Vaseline around their nails before they start painting :) dipping a qtip in nail polish remover also works lol

You can get an angled brush (this is what I do) and dip it into a bottle of acetone and just swipe it across the edge of my nail.

Or use Elmer's glue on the skin before painting nails. Let it dry. Paint nails and peel off the dried glue

Than just put some nail polish remover on a q-tip and do it that way :)
