Wow Alli! I love the eye make up look! It looks fantastic against your hazel eyes. Everything is perfect, the only thing I could personally suggest is perhaps adding a transition colour to seamlessly blend the outer V up to the brow bown.
Other than this minor adjustment, everything looks perfect. May I just say, thank you so much for uploading a very good quality picture. I often see so many girls uploading photos that are so hard to see the make up application, or photos taken in virtually the dark. I'm glad to see such a good quality photo!

This is great and I agree with Lorna, great to be able to see your real talent through the quality of the picture :)

Lorna, you have no idea what that means to me for you to say that. Thank you! I really, really tried. I will definitely take your suggestion into consideration next time I do this look. I struggle with blending a bit. But thank you again. <3 And I appreciate you mentioning about the photo quality. I was actually nervous uploading this because I took it with my phone camera lol. I'm glad it seems to be working well though! You're too kind really.

Thank you, Shaye! You're always a peach. c':

And thank you also, Jenni. I do see where you're referring to, so thank you for pointing that out! I didn't notice earlier. :p

That's so nice. Before I even saw your comment I automatically thought monarch butterfly!
My little spin on it would be to so some design with liquid liner.
Like maybe add a few dots along the corner (like where you would do the cat eye) or even along the inner corner.
I think that would really help the butterfly-ish look!

I understand how difficult it is sometimes to blend. Sometimes it I will wipe off the look 2 -3 times to make the blending look perfect.
From personal experience I really find the type of brush your using helps significantly in the blending application. I used to use this really crappy brush, and it would take me almost a century (literally haha!) to blend away at the eyeshadow. Now I use the 217 make up brush by Mac with ease. It's really the holy grail to all of my make up looks. I honestly don't know how I ever lived without the 217. Slightly tilting the 217 on a angle really helps with the gradient eye make up looks. (gradient eye is what you have created). I hope this helps beautiful. if you ever need any advice on blending you are more than welcome to come and chat with me. I will try and help you as much as I can.
Take care!

I'm getting that palette soon! Can't wait, and I love that look. :)

Ooh, that's a great idea, Jenna! This look was for work earlier, so I didn't think to add any fun little designs like that, but I'll have to remember that for when I recreate this look elsewhere! Thank you!

Yes, Lorna! I do the exact same! I'll redo it several times because I can't get it perfect. It's so frustrating at times! I also struggled with blending this, because the shadows in her palettes are almost TOO pigmented, which isn't a bad thing by any means, but makes blending and transitioning difficult. When I go to blend, the color I'm using just ends up completely covering what I tried to blend haha! But I'm still learning! The brush I use is some blending brush from Coastal Scents, I can't remember the exact number. I've heard great things about that Mac brush though! I'll have to check into it. It sounds like exactly what I need! Thank you again, you're truly a major help! I appreciate the advice. And I will definitely come to you with any other questions in the future.

Sarah, you will LOVE it! Let me know how you like it. c: Can't wait to see what you come up with.

I need to get that palette omg! Those golds and neutrals are to die for! I think everything is beautifully blended except for the outer corners, but everyone's already wrote you paragraphs on that hahah! If you wanna invest in a nice blending brush the MAC 217 is my all time favorite blending brush. My only complaint is that it sheds a teensy tiny bit, usually after washing, but it'll blend anything! Not only that but I think I could literally do my entire eye makeup with this brush. On the other hand I could totally see this as a clean look if you didn't want the blended outer corners?? It could work! Only other thing I would do is add a highlight directly into the inner corner. I love the colors and think this look as a whole is gorgeous and now I've definitely have to get my hands on this palette!

I love this look!! It's beautiful:) The only thing I would suggest is bringing your eyeliner out into a wing. I think that would look awesome! Btw your eye color is so gorgeous:)

I think a bit more blending is in order, however I do LOVE the colors, and the Maybelline collassal mascara is bomb because it gives my lashes volume and length! Your eye color is lovely!

Love it but blending it out would make the edges look less harsh

Thank you all for your kind comments and suggestions. I truly appreciate all of them. <3
And I will continue to work on my blending. However, I like the sharp edge look. At least with this particular look anyway. But next time I recreate it, I'll try the blending to see what a difference it makes. c: Thanks again.
