Black flats would be fine, as for the shirt in my opinion its to low cut not a way to impress the interviewers, so curls would look great on you 😊 keep the makeup neutral its a interview it doesn't have to be to loud

I used to work in a recruitment agency for the Australian casinos. Generally for waitresses you want to look immpeccable. I would highly suggest to have your hair in a bun with perhaps fairly minimum make up. As for your outfit, your outfit looks great, I personally may add like a suit jacket on the top just to make it a little more formal.
These are my only reccomendations and I say this on the basis of my experience in recruiting. Perhaps my reccomendations maybe a little too formal, but I, and many other HR recruiters make an impression of you within the first second you walk through that door. if you're not dressed right, generally your resume is in the bin straight after you leave. It's a tough environment, but you really need to show the recruiters you can fit into the organisation's culture. Remember to answer all questions thoroughly and thank the recruiters for their time and patience, whether you get the job or not.
Good luck Kaitlyn, I really wish the best for your job interview. Take care, and if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. I am more than happy to give you helpful tips here and there.

I say no go on the low cut shirt. It will be distracting for the interviewers and look unprofessional.

I agree the shirt is too distracting. You want something a little more business professional so they will be more focused on your skills rather than your clothes. The same applies with hair/makeup. Hair should definitely be sleek and professional and minimal makeup as well. Good luck!

Good luck kaitlyn :) I think a sock bun, high or slick pony tail and minimal make up would be best :) you look great in what you're wearing and have a lovely figure but I feel as though the top looks more revealing because of the figure hugging pants. Maybe a different cut of pants would help :) ooh and personally I would wear the smallest black wedges you can find :) or flats :)
