I have the same problem except I'm a D and 18. I have to get bigger tops and small bottoms. I usually go to Macy's or target. they usually have bathing suit lines that you can match the top to the bottoms.

And I just got a top from target and I tried it on. It looks like it'll fit till I can afford one from somewhere else. I have to get a XL top and a S bottom. It's ridiculous. Lol @yasmine.

I'm the same Chloe. I'm 16, and have to get a size 18 top and a size 8/10 bottoms (UK sizes). Annoying that I can't buy pretty matching sets unless their seperates.
H&M and Forever 21 are good
