Hello!
So tomorrow I'm starting on a gradual tan journey lol. I've researched and I feel like I have an idea of what I'm doing. My skins fully prepped (exfoliated and moisturised for a week) and I'm excited to be tan for the summer.
My question to you is can Dove Summer Glow be used on the face? Has anyone reading this used it on the face and how did it go? Did it break you out?

I've used gradual tanners on my face before that weren't meant for the face, and I didn't break out, so I'd say yes you can use it on your face (: I don't think I used that exact kind though, but no I didn't break out; it just made my face glow ;)

Don't worry about it, thank you for your answer! I'll try it out and if it does I'll try something else!

I'd say you'd be able to, it doesn't say anything about it on the bottle but the formulation of it isn't that heavy or instant so I think it should be fine :)

It'll take a few applications to notice a nice glow but it is a nice product, not too overwhelming but I don't like the smell too much haha.

Thank you for the review Shaye! Did you find it streaky?

No I didn't, it really is good for a gradual tan, it does exactly what it says and it does build up gradually so if you want a nice natural looking tan this stuff is for you haha :) but it isn't one of those tans that you put on at night and wake up 6 shades or something darker, just gives a natural glow I guess but overall this product is nice :) just takes a few more applications to get dark (depending on how dark you'd like to be, of course) but it never comes out too dark either so it's good :)

I'm even more excited to use it now! I'm as pale as a ghost, can't tan, too lazy for instant tan and don't like sun beds so I thought I'd give it a go. It sounds perfect from your description anyway!

I'm pale too so this is nice when I want my skin to look glowy and just healthy like I suppose haha! I think you'll like it :)
