According to BMI, you're at an ideal and healthy weight for you. To get a body you're happy with, I recommend focusing on toning exercises. Look up some yoga poses to try before bed. They're relaxing and you have a wide variety to choose from. :)

5'7 is tall, 147 is a perfectly healthy weight in my opinion. Besides everyone's body type is different... If you go by what you're "supposed" to weight it isn't always gonna be correct, in my opinion. You have to learn to be happy with yourself. You're a beautiful girl!

I agree with everyone else, you're definitely a healthy weight. Working out and toning up will change the way your body looks and is always a good idea for health reasons. I sometimes look in the "health and fitness" section of Pinterest for new (and free!) workouts :)

In my opinion you are perfectly fine. And I heard sensation doesn't work. And if your not happy with your body then (which you shouldn't be) find a sport you enjoy. Healthy body = healthy mind. And if you work out everyday and do intense teams and such you WILL gain weight because you will gain mussel. But you have to be happy with your body not by the number on the scale

Coming from someone who has lost 110 pounds total, you have to be happy with who you are. I always thought if I lost weight I'd love myself and here I am, a size 4 and still struggling with the thought of being too big.

If you need to lose weight quick to show that ex just what he's lost, try water. Drinking one liter of water a day for a week makes your body realize it doesn't have to hold on to the excess water weight because it is getting a constant supply. Usually you should expect to lose up to ten pounds. It is healthy but to much water can hurt you so be careful.

SENSA DOES NOT WORK.

I wouldn't waste your money on any 'quick fix' things like Sensa, what you could do is use an app like MyFitnessPal to track your eating and see if you have any nutritional gaps! Things like omega fatty acids are often lacking in most diets and they can be a HUGE help when it comes to your weight and maintaining a healthy weight. Lots of purple fruits, avoid oranges, grapefruit, grapes, white potatoes, and drink LOTS of water! And if you haven't cut soda, you should! One measured cup (less than a can) a day = 1lb a week, plus is stops your body from getting its calcium needs. 8 glasses of milk to recover the lost calcium from 1 cup of soda. Diet soda doesn't work either, alternative sweeteners just trick the body into thinking its going to receive sugar and in a lot of cases causes you to over eat.

My fitness pal is good. Your weight sounds fine, just exercise and eat healthy. There are all kinds of gyms, if you don't already go to one. Exercise makes you feel great too, you'll have more energy, etc.
