I really like the inglot one, clinique one, the brush that comes with the clinique one is the best its so tiny so its easy to get precise lines.

Tbh the elf gel liner is wonderful. There's a few colors to choose from, but the black is soooooo black! Bery pigmented, long lasting and cheap!
