I don't have an eyeshadow primer yet and I'm planning to buy one but for now is there anything I can do for my eyeshadow to be more vibrant?

I use a Lil tiny bit of vasiline and it works so good. I have the 2 faced eye insurance primer and don't even use it cause I find vasiline works better.
